Orihuela volvió a vestirse de gala, un año más, para entregar el Premio Internacional Ciudad de Orihuela de Poesía para Niños, cuya tercera edición recayó en la autora Beatriz Giménez de Ory por la obra “Los versos del libro tonto”, que se convierte en su primer libro individual. Los protagonistas de la presentación del poemario, ilustrado por Paloma Valdivia, fueron los escolares de los distintos centros educativos de la villa natal del poeta Miguel Hernández: su recital fue emocionante, dinámico, original. El profesorado, los familiares de los niños y niñas, el pueblo de Orihuela en general, acogió con los brazos abiertos esta obra llena de letras bailarinas, acrósticos y juegos de palabras.
