KALANDRAKA cumple 25 años este 2 de abril, Día Internacional del Libro Infantil y Juvenil, con el deseo de seguir fascinando a las niñas y los niños con sus Libros para soñar. A lo largo de su trayecroria, el catálogo del sello pontevedrés -que publica en siete lenguas- supera los 700 títulos.
Fue a partir de recibir el Premio Nacional a la Mejor Labor Editorial Cultural 2012, por primera vez a una editora especializada en literatura infantil y juvenil, cuando KALANDRAKA dio un salto cualitativo al ampliar su fondo con nuevas colecciones para público adulto: narrativa, ensayo, literatura de naturaleza, poesía, teatro, pedagogía… Esta expansión atiende, precisamente, a la voluntad de seguir acompañando en su tránsito vital a las lectoras y los lectores de antaño, con las necesidades y los intereses que tienen en el presente.
