MARÍA JOSÉ FLORIANO PRESENTA "EL GALLINERO" EN CABANILLAS DEL CAMPO
La Biblioteca Municipal León Gil en el ayuntamiento de Cabanillas del Campo (Guadalajara) acoge el sábado 28 de octubre un encuentro con la periodista y escritora María José Floriano para presentar su nuevo libro, «El Gallinero». Conversará con la narradora Victoria Siedlecki en torno a este impactante relato ambientado en el poblado chabolista de la Cañada Real, el suburbio de mayores dimensiones de toda Europa.
Precisamente, a través de la mirada dulce, sensible y creativa de la infancia, María José Floriano convierte en literatura la dura realidad de miles de personas que habitan en el núcleo de esta extensa zona marginal. La autora le da voz a las niñas y los niños excluidos de la sociedad que sobreviven en esas duras condiciones. El resultado es un texto audaz y comprometido, al que se suman las asombrosas ilustraciones de Federico Delicado.
Destaca la dimensión simbólica que los protagonistas le dan a su vida cotidiana jugando a oficios circenses en condiciones de riesgo y peligrosidad, o interpretando en clave lúdica las actividades de los adultos, unas como medio de subsistencia y otras al margen de la ley. Porque pesar de la falta de recursos, son niñas y niños con resiliencia y esperanza, que utilizan lo poco que tienen para desarrollar su imaginación, y que proyectan sus sueños, emociones, dudas e ilusiones.
