PRESENTAMOS "ESCRITOS EN EL MAR" EN LA BIBLIOTECA EUGENIO TRÍAS DE MADRID
«Escritos en el mar», tercer volumen de una colección de relatos coordinada por el escritor Daniel Hernández Chambers, se presenta el miércoles 8 de noviembre a las 19:00 horas en la Biblioteca Municipal Eugenio Trías (Paseo de Fernán Núñez, 24 - Parque del Retiro), de Madrid. El encuentro cuenta con la participación de Margarita García Gallardo, Andrés Guerrero Sánchez, Beatriz Giménez de Ory y Mónica Rodríguez, cuatro de los siete autores y autoras de este proyecto coral.
Mientras que «Escritos en la guerra» nos acerca a grandes figuras de la LIJ a partir del eje vertebrador de los conflictos bélicos, y «Escritos de otro mundo» nos anima a sumergirnos en los universos de célebres narradores y narradoras de lo fantástico, «Escritos en el mar» homenajea a ilustres figuras literarias que, fascinadas por el mar, lo convirtieron en protagonista de sus vidas e historias.
Este título nos asoma a las aventuras de Sandokán de Emilio Salgari, a Julio Verne y a uno de sus personajes más conocidos –el capitán Nemo–, a la importancia del mar en las obras de Rosalía de Castro y Juan Farias, a Herman Melville y su archiconocida ballena blanca, a Robert Louis Stevenson y su vida en las islas de Samoa y a la pasión de Ernest Hemingway por el mar y la pesca.
